Royal Holloway, University of London, formally incorporated as Royal Holloway and Bedford New school, could be a public analysis university and a constituent school of the federal University of London. it's 3 schools, twenty educational departments and c. 9,265 collegian and postgraduate students from over one hundred countries. The Egham field was supported in 1879 by the Victorian enterpriser and altruist Thomas Holloway. Royal Holloway school was formally opened in 1886 by Victoria as associate all-women school. It became a member of the University of London in 1900. In 1945, the school admitted male postgraduate students, and in 1965, around one hundred of the primary male undergraduates. In 1985, Royal Holloway integrated with Bedford school (another former all-women's school in London, that was supported in 1849 and, like Royal Holloway, joined the University of London in 1900 and have become absolutely co-educational in 1965). The integrated school was named Royal Holloway and Bedford New school (RHBNC), this remaining the official registered name of the school by Act of Parliament. The field is dominated by the Founder's Building, a Grade I listed red-brick building modelled on the Château DE Chambord within the Loire vale, France.
